I'm using the Euro Shuffle database - apologies as I can't remember who made it! Drop me a line and I'll give you some credit where it's due (which is here). The database basically swaps the teams around in the major European leagues so that the bottom teams are at the top and vice versa. For example, in England the Premier League and Championship teams are in the Blue Square North/South, League 1 teams in the Blue Square Premier; while the PL and CS consists of BSN/S teams, and L1 is full of BSP teams. League 2 is the pivot.
I've loaded England, Spain and Italy down to their lowest levels, so those are the only ones that're flipped. I started unemployed, but set my past experience as 'Professional Footballer' because I wanted to attract good players and absolutely destroy the league!
